Fantastic time and great way to see the beautiful coast and mountains. We had a group of 15 cars and Sergio and team did an incredible job keeping us together and on course. When several got separated, they were quick to get them back with the group. The cars were great. Legitimate 50-60 year old cars that were very driveable and just an all around blast. A great operation!!

5 years ago to the day was one of the highlights of our holiday in Sorrento, a day driving the gorgeous 1962 Alfa Giulia Spider. Everywhere we stopped, heads were turning and car horns beeping, what an absolute delight! For anyone with any doubts about doing this, put all worries to one side and go for it, you won't be disappointed. Sergio will look after you, everything is very informal and relaxed. Next time I am there I will certainly do it again. Memories are made of this (said someone called Dino Crocetti)

If you are reading this with even the slightest doubt about hiring one of Sergio's cars then dispel those thoughts NOW! We had the most fantastic day in the 1963 Alfa Romeo Giulia 1.6 Spider & will never forget it. Sergio calmed any of our worries about driving in unknown Italian traffic & we drove the Amalfi coast for the day.
Sergio is a gentleman & oozes enthusiasm that is infectious ,.His cars are beautiful & made to be driven. The service we received was second to non, so smooth and professional putting us at complete ease & at the end of our day the car was collected from our hotel when we were ready ensuring we had the best time possible.
Words may never truly express just how much Andrea & I enjoyed ourselves . We will be back to Sorrento & we will be back to sample more of Spider Lifestyle cars.
Thank you so very much Sergio for helping with our wonderful time in Italy.

Absolutely brilliant!:o) My Wife got me the hire of a wee red Spider from Sergio for my 60th to drive the Amalfi Coast. So much fun and what a pose. The car was fantastic and Sergio couldn't have been more helpful.Definitely one off the bucket list!! Thanks again Sergio, Tony

I hired a car from Sergio as a surprise on my husbands 50th birthday whilst on holiday in Sorrento. It was the best present I have ever given him as he has a love of classic cars and to drive the Amalfi coast was the icing on the cake! Sergio upgraded us free of charge to the 1963 alpha spider Giulia as the one I had hired had been slightly damaged , my husband absolutely loved it and will treasure memories of the day for the rest of his life. Thanks Sergio we had an amazing time hope to see you next time we are back in Sorrento!

We had a marvelous day with the old Fiat 500 Nuova. It was an unforgettable experience going with this vintage car along the Amalfi coast. Thanks a lot to Sergio and his wife with this exquisit service. Best regards

Hi Sergio Congratulations on the new found stardom of your Alfa Romeo Spider Guilia. I've bought the Top Gear Road Trip DVD because of the Alfa. It was so good to see it again and brought back some immensely happy memories of that wonderful Amalfi coastline and that very sexy car. I wouldn't hesitate to hire again from you on a return trip to Sorrento one day.

Hi Sergio, a short note to say what a wonderful car!! We hired your white Alfa Spyder for the day today. Not only did it run like a dream, it looked every inch the sort of car everyone should use on the fabulous Amalfi Coast roads. Your customer service was fantastic and the guidance and recommendations for the day invaluable. Next time in Sorrento I will try to persuade Julie for the 1963 version. Ciao e Grazie Mille.

We had the pleasure of renting Fiat 500 Spider for our wedding day. This car is not only beautiful but it drives like a dream. We had some amazing pictures Enoch we will keep for life and is all thanks to Sergio and his A class service. Thank you

Being an automobile freak I decided to organize a classic car holiday in Sorrento for me and my wife for our 10th anniversary. We tried 5 different cars from Sergio's stable on 5 subsequent days. This was a marvelous experience: Incredible, Mediterranean landscapes and villages, lots of ancient Roman and Greek ruins, delicious Italian cuisine and wines, and finally the classic, four-wheeled jewels from Torino and Arese. If your blood contains any traces of petrol, tou simply can't miss this opportunity!! Big thanks to Sergio and his young collegue Mario - they were very nice, flexible, emotional and very enthusiastic aboy what they do. Moreover, they were very reactive in some unpredictable cirmustances which occurred on the last day - their professionalism and simple, human willingness to help saved our day. We will never forget this holiday!!

The road that follows the Amalfi Coast in Italy is widely considered one of the most beautiful on the planet, and one of the most challenging to drive. Ferdinand II of Bourbon commissioned the construction of the road in the early 1800’s, creating a twisty drive for about fifty miles from Sorrento south down to Solerno. I was warned not to drive in Rome (so I did it on a Vespa), and again to stay off The Amalfi Drive. Horror stories of traffic, buses coming over the center line around corners, a rocky cliff on one side, a 1000 foot drop to the sea on the other. This narrow passageway was created for horse and buggies, not for 50-foot tour buses, and any tourist would be “foolish” to drive it, according to Rick Steves. Of course I had to drive it……
Driving The Amalfi was high on my bucket list. The question was, what type of car should I drive. Obviously, such a treacherous road demands the latest in safety and technology in braking and handling. So of course I wanted a vintage Alfa Romeo. Technology be dammed, I want to go in style! La Doce Vita baby!
My bucket list mission was made possible by Sergio from The Spyder Lifestyle. Sergio’s fleet of vintage cars includes several Alfas, Fiats, Minis, and more. I arranged to pick up my Alfa at his garage in Sorrento, a short drive from Positano where I was staying for the week. I had a little trouble finding his place, so I called him on the phone. In a few minutes Serigo pulled up on his little 1974 Vespa 200. “Follow me!” I followed him through the narrow streets of Sorrento to a cobble-stoned square where he stopped. I could not see a garage anywhere, but he stopped, so this must be it. Sergio gestured towards a coffee bar, and said “I will take you to the car, but first, coffee.” This is one of the reasons I love Italy. There is always time for espresso. We had a great time sipping our coffee, and learning about each other’s family and life, as is the Italian way. “Why do all the cars in Italy have a manual transmission?” I asked him as I swirled my tiny spoon in my tiny coffee cup. His answer was quick and direct. He pointed his finger to the side of his head and stated with confidence “It is the Italian mind. It likes to change.” There you have it. Question answered. God I love Italians.
After coffee we went to see his collection of vintage cars, and he showed me what I was going to drive. “This is my best car” he said and pointed to an elegant 1963 Alfa Romeo 1600 Giuila. For me it was love at first sight. I hit the key and a melodic symphony of engine and exhaust sounds reverberated through the garage, and through to my very soul. “What time do you want me to return your car Sergio?” I asked as I eased the off the clutch and started to roll. “Tonight, or tomorrow. Just call me when you are done Steve.” I love Italians.

Hi Sergio, I just wanted to email you to say thank you for all your help in organising the Alfa Spider for my husband's 50th Birthday. We stayed at Casa Angelina, and on the 6th Sept and hired the Alfa for the day. I wanted to express my gratitude for your help on the day, I really appreciated the fact that you came personally. My husband absolutely loved the car and is now hooked on looking at them on the internet, and would love to own one! Our day on the Amalfi coast was wonderful and my husband enjoyed every minute of the drive (even the moments when the sita bus came round the bend!!). Thanks again for making his day so special. Best wishes Sue Caldwell.
